Role Overview

We are searching for a potential candidate for a Revenue Manager role whose role will be to extract maximum value for the business through proper revenue management as well as to facilitate the company strategy formulation and long term plan consolidation, alignment, reporting and monitoring. He/she will be responsible of key projects and strategic initiatives related to achieving profitable growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure that the revenue agenda is at the centre of our business strategic goals – Integrated Marketing Plan
•Facilitate the establishment of business strategic goals by leading/ facilitating teams of senior management in strategy development & business visioning planning sessions
•Ensure that all strategic planning initiatives and documents reflect solid assumptions, business logic and market conditions
•Contribute to revenue growth by gathering pertinent business, financial, service and operations information; identifying and prioritizing potential opportunities, evaluating trends and options, potential investments; choosing; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes and leading efforts to implement the opportunities
•Provide support to all departments in implementation of agreed revenue growth strategies
•Monitor company progress and competition to ensure that all benchmark goals are met, re-evaluating and adjusting them as needed
•Make recommendations to senior management to assist in the development of short- and long-term strategic business goals
•Identify good initiatives/ best practices in other Asahi operations, put them forward to Board and get go/no go feedback on local feasibility/ implementation

2. Revenue Management
•Contribute to the achievement of the company’s commercial objectives by identification and maximization of the market opportunities through an effective pricing call, balanced between creating value and not exposing the brands to competitive pricing pressure
•Lead the Pricing function, overseeing the development & effective execution of the pricing strategy

3. Team management and development
•Motivational management of direct report
•Coaching of direct report

Requirements

•University degree with either business or an industry related field of study
•A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience within commercial activities in FMCG companies (experience in KAM is of advantage)
•Very good financial acumen
•Needs to understand all aspects of operations thoroughly and be able to work effectively with team members and outside firms on legal and financial matters
•Skills in gathering and analyzing data, presenting it to senior management, while making recommendations to improve the business
•Proficient project management skills
•Superior problem solving and analysis skills - ability to create hypothesis for problem solutions and structure analysis to support those hypothesis, ability to rapidly gather, structure and present data.
•An assertive team player who plays to win, with a demonstrated ability to lead change and effective decision making skills
•Outstanding relationship-building skills, ability to interface with clients at an executive level if necessary, ability to interview internal subject matter experts to obtain insight while maintaining sensitivity to relationships
•Enthusiasm and tenacity to carry out difficult tasks through to the end
•Able to establish contacts with senior level decision makers and external experts from industry
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Good teamwork, leadership and interpersonal skills
•Fluent English
